Welcome! I’m Sorcha Rice, an Autistic Occupational Therapist with a deep commitment to child-led, trauma-informed, neuroaffirmative therapy.

Having personally experienced school burnout, I understand how traditional systems can be overwhelming for neurodivergent children. This fuels my passion for creating a safe, flexible, and validating space where children can thrive on their own termswithout the pressure to mask, comply, or fit into a mould that wasn’t made fo them.

My goal is to meet each child where they are and support them in ways that feel safe, empowering, and sustainable.

I believe every child deserves to be supported as they are, not as the world expects them to be.

I’m Sorcha Rice, an Occupational Therapist dedicated to a holistic, child-led, and trauma-informed approach to therapy.

With a deep understanding of sensory processing, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and neurodivergent needs, I tailor therapy to each child’s unique strengths, interests, and challenges. I believe that healing and skill-building happen through connection, trust, co-regulation and play.

In my practice, I honour autonomy and co-regulation. I work closely with families to build practical compassionate strategies that support children in their daily lives- at home, in school, and in the community.

Whether your child is navigating sensory sensitivities, emotional regulation difficulties, motor challenges, or executive functioning struggles, I am here to support them with respect, flexibility, and an affirming, strengths-based approach.
